All CINDE products carry a 2-year warranty against defects of manufacture
from the date of purchase. A warranty card is included with each product
sold and while it is not legally necessary to return the card to register
your warranty, it is highly recommended that you do so in the event that you
are unable to locate proof of purchase should you require warranty service.
If you believe you have a fault which is covered under warranty, you may phone
our design centre on (Australia) (03) 9329 9955. Alternatively, send the unit
to the address below, freight paid, along with proof of purchase and a description
of the fault. We will pay the return freight (within Australia Only). Don't forget to enclose a return
address and a contact phone number in case we need to discuss the repair. If the
fault falls outside the terms of our warranty, you will be advised of the repair
cost and given the option of whether the repair is to be completed.
Normal warranty conditions apply and they are detailed on the Warranty Registration
card.
